Lexi (she,her) is stepping into a newly created position as the Berkeley Hope Scholars Satellite Counselor in partnership with the Department of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). Lexi Session is a licensed clinical social worker. She earned her undergraduate degree from Cal State University, Fullerton, and her MSW from San Jose State University’s School of Social Work. Since 2018, she has worked with and supported families involved in the Child Welfare, Probation, and Adoption systems.
Over the years, Lexi has taken on multiple roles, including facilitator, therapist, and program manager. She is passionate about advocating for marginalized communities and has extensive experience leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion workshops. A proud Bay Area native, Lexi loves traveling, caring for her plants, and indulging in her obsession with cookies.
